The Minnesota Mash Baseball Club is established on small group and private training, giving athletes high quality development instruction. Our Year Long Development Plan will define and extend the baseball season for Minnesota athletes.

Every baseball season will start in January and run through October. We have a defined off-season November through December, focusing on major skill adjustments, strength & conditioning and arm care programs. This will allow all pitchers to rest 8-10 weeks, design return to throwing programs and allow all players time for major fundamental adjustments.

There are basic fundamental movement patterns to all athletics and sports: running, jumping, accelerating, decelerating and changing direction. On top of focusing on movement efficiency and explosiveness, Mash Performance will also develop rotational torque and rotational timing essential to producing bat speed and throwing velocity. Generating biomechanical torque is an acquired skill and we aim to increase this in all our baseball athletes.

Mash Performance will run spring training, in-season and off-season strength and conditioning programs at varying weekly frequency. Whether your athlete is a 12 year old looking to participate once a week in a group setting or a D1 prospect trying to add 15 pounds of muscle before college, we have the program to suit your needs.
