Minor Leaguer looking for a bullpen catcher

My name's Mike Dennhardt and I've been with the Cincinnati Reds since 2011. I'm reporting to Arizona for Spring Training soon and can't seem to find a catcher that would be willing to catch a bullpen roughly 2, maybe 3 times a week.

The dilemma comes with finding a catcher that is able to meet at the Virginia Beach Field house from 9:00-3:00 because almost everyone is in school during that period. However, that is the only time I am able to throw there due to their schedule.

If you know of anyone that is not currently in school that will be able and willing to catch my bullpens, it would be greatly appreciated if you just contact me as soon as possible.

Mike as a HUGE Reds fan. good luck this year!! If you happen to be with Dayton Dragons this year (or the Reds) I will be watching often in person.

As far as your dilemna, have you contacted the local colleges? My son is a pitcher for a college and he does his bullepns in afternoons, Not sure if one of the catchers could help you out. Just a thought!.

mdenhardt, my son is also a minor leaguer without a bullpen catcher. He has ended up going back to his college to be able to work out and get his bullpens in. Good luck on the upcoming season, and finding a bullpen partner.
