Now that the Fashion Police can enter a dugout in the middle of a game to check Tito Francona for proper uniform will they do something about the pants to the shows aspect?

It seems that every day our world gets more ludicrous

The NFL has been doing this forever (probably 20 years) and it seems to work for them. They warn the players of any uniform violation and then if it is not corrected before the game the player has to pay a hefty fine. For repeated offenses the player will be suspened without pay for X number of games. I want to know what the MLB union has to say about this.

I don't believe managers are a part of the union. Thus, they'll stay out of it until a player is affected.

Which will be very soon. Who takes care the managers retirement, is it not the players association?
We all missed something here. They were playing the Yankees and the umps just happened to come over and check him out. Since his heart surgery, he has been wearing the pull over. Seems there were no Pine Tar bats to inspect.
However the Yanks did manage to check for illegal bats against.... Tampa Bay.
The wheels are certainly coming off the cart in NY and the Yanks aren't the classiest bunch when they aren't on top.
