already some big moves happened:
-new cba has been negotiated
-blockbuster deal for Chris Sale including the maybe best prospect in baseball
not a lot of free agent action though. cespedes signed a big deal and there are still the two best closers out there but basically no SP on the market. the best one was probably rich Hill who re-signed with the dodgers. that means probably more trades. Quintana is likely on the market and maybe Chris archer and sonny gray.

As a White Sox fan, the Sale deal made sense for both teams. Sale would have been wasted in Chicago, and quite frankly didn't want to be there. The Bosox should get to the WS with him and the ChiSox are well on their way to rebuilding. I do believe Quintana should bring back at least 2 more prospects in a trade. He too has a team friendly contract. Chisox also looking to deal Robertson, Frazier and possibly more. Will be fun to watch

As an Astro fan, I'm just waiting on my Ace pitcher trade and the signing of a LH reliever, then I will go pick out my spot for the October parade.
