A mom at a baseball game was curious what a LHP was throwing, and tries to sneek a look at stalker gun reading from the MLB scouts. She thinks she sees 97 mph, actually 91 mph.The Mom tells the HS coach who tells a local newspaper who writes in an article the LHP was throwing 97 mph.

Needless to say MLB scouts flocked to the next game. The LHP threw 90-92 mph next game in front of a ton of MLB scouts, cross checkers and scouting directors.
