On the way to the game yesterday afternoon, my wife called and told me that Drew Carlisle has died in an automobile accident Thursday evening near Jackson, Missippi coming from Vicksburg, Mississippi.
There was another young man, a teammate also killed.
I don't have anymore details.
Just sitting here trying to gain the courage and strength to call his family.
Please remember Don, Sharla, Joe, and Beth Carlisle, and the other young ballplayer's family in your prayers.
