The Metro Scout League is pleased to provide it's athletes with a free mental skills training workshop with Coach Traub this Sunday, October 11. Coach Traub is author of Coaches Guide to Winning the Mental Game and has consulted with many baseball teams including Baylor, DBU, and UTA. Cade, Sam, and Shayne have asked him to come out to Craig Ranch because they are familiar with and confident in the benefits that his workshop can have
for MSL ball players. This event is optional and free for MSL players and parents only; others wishing to attend may pay Coach Traub $30 per family at the event. The mental training workshop for 16U will be from 8:45-9:30 and 18U will be from 12:45-1:30.
