I would think with the lower gravity and lower atmospheric resistance that the curve would be less effective (kind of like Coors field on steriods).

What a great memory you bring up. Bruce Meade was the very best softball player that I ever saw.

He was also a boyhood friend and softball teammate. He once hit me with a linedrive in bp wile I was standing on the third base side of the infield. I saw the ball as he hit it and did not have enough time to react and get out of the way. And all this before steroids!
