What would happen If I didn't have the act score to receive a scholarship to a d1 school to play baseball in college. also..What would happen If I got in the school and and tried out and made the baseball team?Would I be eligible to play or would I have to redshirt.I wouldn't mind red shirting because I can concentrate on my studies and the school recruiting me has 12 juniors this year..Thanks..

OldSlugger8 provided a good link to see what is required. See page 11 in the link to see the combinations of core GPA and ACT scores which would allow you to qualify.

Please understand that your overall GPA isn't a determining factor. Instead it is the core GPA-- the grades you received in subjects including english, science, math, history, etc.

If your combination of core GPA and ACT (or SAT) scores isn't over the threshold, then you will be considered a non-qualifier. In that case, you can't even practice or tryout for the team (at a D1 school), nor can you get an athletic scholarship. Also you would only be eliglible in the future for 3 seasons of competition, rather than the usual 4. There is a way to get 4 seasons, but it is pretty difficult.

If you do turn out to be a non-qualifier, then you'll need to consider carefully your options. Considering only baseball, it may be better to attend a JUCO. On the other hand, it sounds like you have recently become more serious about your studies, and it may be better to focus on that during your freshman year at a 4 year school.
Walawala,
I'm by no means an expert, but my reading of the rules says that high school GPA and SAT/ACT scores are only relevant to freshman year eligibility. For subsequent school years, eligibility is determined by taking enough units, and holding a college GPA (almost) high enough to meet the college's graduation requirements. JUCO may or may not be the better route, but I don't think an AA degree is meaningful to the NCAA at all.
