Can anyone tell me if a high school junior worked for himself part time during the summer doing private lessons (hitting,fielding etc.) would be violating any NCAA rules.Being paid to instruct younger children. I know about the tax and liability implications. Just wondering if anyone knows if this is a no no that may come back to huant him. And please no lectures on qualifications this would be more like baby sitting in a baseball setting.
Also could anyone tell me where to find info like this that can be understood without a law degree?
