NCAA to NAIA

My son signed to play baseball with a NCAA Division II school that has lost their NCAA membership. They will play their NCAA Division II schedule this year but cannot compete in any playoffs and next year they will be NAIA. Will my son still have 4 years eligbilty if he transfers to a NCAA Division I or II school?

Don't know the answer to your question, but if he likes the school and team, there is certainly no reason he couldn't stay and play NAIA...
