Mr. Doyle asked a legit question, you don't need to shout (using caps) at him. You can get more flies with sugar than with vinegar!
Although others may disagree, I would want you doing a basic, yes "bodybuilder" type workout of 8-12 exercises (one for each body part) 3X's a week to start. Do this for 3-4 for a foundation before attempting to move on to any "pitching" workout.
