IM curently a junior in summer
nd i wanted to tryout for my baseball team for the first time
nd i was wondering what shuld i expect and ive been practicing in the batting cages hitting 70 mph

Do 70 for 2-3 rounds then do 55 for 2-3 rounds. You will be wayyyyy early on the 55. this will help you for off speed pitch. When you hit, there is only ONE rule to follow. Hit the ball SOLID. every ball.
