Whenever I throw from the outfield, during warm-ups, games, between innings, the ball curves after about 90-100 feet. I know it's a curveball because it has the small red dot from the seams and then I watch it move, and then my teammates complain about it. Every coach I've ever had has noticed it, but none have bothered to correct it. This wouldn't be so bad if I was a pitcher, but it gets really annoying in CF and RF. Since this may help, when I throw people comment that I don't flick my wrist downward, instead I'm putting my thumb into my left pocket like it's a football. When I try to flick my wrist, everyone says I snap my elbow down. Again, I don't pitch, so I'm really not sure what moving arm arm pattern, flicking my wrist, or any of that stuff does for my throwing. Any help would be appreciated.

Stay on top of the ball and don't turn your wrist. A good way to practice this is take a towel and practice coming through down and flicking that wrist forward. You probably have a natural twist in your wrist when you throw. One of our guys has the same thing. I notice he throws it like a football. Try using the towel drill and see how it helps.

Exactly. You hit the nail right on the head. Thanks a lot.
