Need so info please. Has anybody had any experience with tendinitis? My son is complaining of pain in both knees. It sounds like tendinitis. He has in the past two weeks been treading a ton for water polo.

You ought to go see a doctor.
It could be something like Osgood-Schlatter disease...

Well here is the update. Son had a torn miniscus in the left knee. Had surgery a couple a weeks ago. Getting around ok, but way behind at school. Just said the other day he misses playing ball and can't wait for his high school season. That was music to my ears. I am kind of glad about his situation as it has forced some down time from baseball. Thanks for all the advice. When in doubt GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!!

sorry to hear about the tear, here is to a speedy/healthy recovery and a great SPRING season.........the downtime will allow him to heal and to appreciate what he is missing.......like you said not always a bad thing......
