If it is the strike zone, it is a strike. When I was playing (graduated HS in 2004), an a semifinal Div. I state semifinal, ump called batter out because it was in the strike zone(obvious lean over), if he doesn't call it, they score a run (bases loaded). I umpire with the guy now in the association and tell him it was the best call I've ever seen. But it was, because that is hard to do; try telling a coach that the guy that just got hit struck out because the pitch was a strike, BUT ITS THE RIGHT CALL, SO CALL IT.
