Nequa Valley Sectional

Hmmm what is the over under of Naperville Central coming out of this sectional how about slipping in OPRF or Andrew.

Well so far I think you would have to say NC is far and away the favorite in this sectional.

As of now, we (Batavia) have beaten everyone we have played in our sectional:

Nequa Valley (8-4)
Sandwich (15-6)
West Aurora (12-4)
Geneva (11-1,13-10,4-2)
IMSA (20-3)
Kaneland (10-8,3-2,and 6-5 loss)
Oswego (11-5 loss and 21-19 win)

We play Kaneland this week and Oswego on Saturday. Anyone think we can take a top 5 seed?

I figured Naperville Central would be at the top, but does anyone know anything about Bolingbrook, Naperville North, and Romeoville. I can't seem to find a spot for them because I don't know anything about them.

Not really, Waubonsie ran into Andy Reid and STC East. I was surprised though with the number of runs STC scored. It seems like lately their bats have been quiet.

Don't Know. Was a 1-1 game going into the bottom of the sixth. Good game overall.

Oswego looks to have a nice team this year. They beat Batavia in game one on Saturday 11-6. Hit the ball very well, but Batavia did not play well defensively.

In game two, they hit the tar out of the ball again. They were up 19-10 in the bottom of the sixth, but batavia rallied scoring 11 runs in the bottom of the inning to win 21-19. About 40 hits throughout the game with about 4 errors per team.

Oswego junior, named Ayers, can really hit the ball. He even throws very hard from the mound, with a hard slider.
