New national showcase team looking for a recruiting coordinator

Unless you've got something truly unique to offer....meaning MAJOR sponsorship (free) and top level coaching with top level college connections....I don't think you can just "start a national level showcase team". Most top kids are already pretty well set for next year....especially kids playing in the best of the best as far as programs. Sure you can sign up for all the best tourneys...that's easy, just write a check....but to expect to pick up kids to allow you to be competitive in those types of events just by saying "hey, I want to do it"...is another thing altogether.

That being said, if it pays well and my kid gets to play for free, I'd be happy to work on it for you....lol

You are correct. It's not going to easy build a national contender, but our staff is confident that we can do that over the couple of years.

If you have questions about what we are trying to do, please let me know. Also, all joking aside, obviously for a a recruiting coordinator's player, expenses would be 100% waived.
