The NYCBL starts it's Championship Series tonight in Elmira, NY. The East Champion Glens Falls Golden Eagles takes on the Elmira Pioneers in a best of 3 series. The Golden Eagles are ranked #11 in PG Cross Checker for top summer programs. I believe their record was 38-8 for the summer.

Coach Merc,

The Eagles have had a great season so far. They are 38-8 overall as they head into the finals. Their road record is an amazing 20-1.

I also understand that there is a certain catcher that you have more than a passing interest in.

CONGRATULATIONS to Coach Mayotte and the Golden Eagles. Great Job. My son played for them two summers ago for awhile before tearing up his thumb. We had the greatest time following them for awhile. Wished my son could have finished season with them. Good luck Coach Mayotte...you are a class act.

Congratulations to the Elmira Pioneers.. NYCBL Champions.... They beat the Glens Falls boys in 2 straight. Very solid team with the bat and on the base paths.
