Patriots over Texans
Broncos over Ravens
49ers over Packers
Seahawks over Falcons
A combination of favoring home teams, and hot teams (or disfavoring cold teams) for me.

The Seahawks team that is playing right now is markedly different from the team that played ALL of those games, with the possible exception of the Dolphins game (which was the week after the bye, and they just didn't show up). From the Bears game on, a team that had a GREAT defense all the sudden had an offense! A truly great workhorse running back, for whom matchups against good running defenses seemingly don't matter, and a quarterback who has been unleashed, and who has an enormous capacity to learn and grow, week-by-week. Don't make the mistake of assuming that the 1st half Seahawks team is the same team that you've seen over recent weeks (and remember, the Hawks have now won six in a row, and have beaten good teams - the Redskins, 49ers, Packers, Patriots, Vikings, Bears - in addition to losing games against lesser teams). The Seahawks are a hot team on a roll. The Falcons have struggled lately, even in games they've won, and are only .500 over the last six.
You may be right about the difficulty of making that cross-country trip two weeks in a row, but I still think the Hawks are the better bet. I feel more comfortable with that choice than the 49ers over the Packers, or even the Broncos over the Ravens. Lots of good games coming up this weekend!

The Seahawks are a team with a propensity for not making the playoffs.
This is meaningless. The Seahawks' roster has had nearly 100% turnover in the Carroll years. What previous Seahawks teams have done has NOTHING to do with this team.
