Looks good for the most part...

When receiving stay soft with your hands, dont jab, let the ball come to you.
In your throws stay on top of the ball, keep your front shoulder down because it was going up a little bit and right now its not a huge problem but it could be...keep your front shoulder closed, try and gain a bit more ground and stay lower.
But you seemed quick and your throws seemed alright.

Hitting try and get your front food down right away instead of that thing you are doing with your toe, get your heel on the ground as soon as you can. Blocking keep your hips back! your leaning/drifting forward a little bit...but your a well polished player!
Keep up the good work!
10 times better stance receiving once the 4th pitch comes in. Dont just be a target, be mobile and athletic. show the pitcher the pocket of the mitt, comes into play when trying to STICK that low pitch at the knees.

throwingwise-look at the position your right hand is in once you catch the ball(freeze video at 1:08), transfering down to throwing hand is going to put your elbow in a low or weak position and cause you to push or shotput the ball to second, not to mention add time. footwork looks good, use flat glove to work on transfer flaws. dont work on top, work from underneath

blocking-suck in or kick you butt back to deaden ball more & create more downward angle with chest. GET OVER THE BALL,DONT BE A WALL

Bunts, finish off throw, frontside shoulder spins off...finish that sucker off and throw thru base

hitting-agree with adam. Front foot front foot front foot, simplify it-get it up get it down

little straightforward, but youre a catcher you can handle it
