After looking at all of the clips on "Siggys" Site I realize that if you take a pen and put it at a hitters midsection pre-swing, after they are done the pen will be behind the body, meaning they moved forawrd. I have always strided and kept my weight back and then swung. You could describe it as if a pole was going through my body (through my head...I never went foward). I always use my hips and my lower body to generate power, I just don't have any momentum going foward.I have tried to "fix it" so I could get more power but it always feels weird. I will be putting clips of my regular swing (Pole one) and my "new one" on YouTube in a couple of days....Before I can do that though, I was wondering if anyone had advice on what I should do?
I wanted to get the best swing I can get for my senior season and Tryouts in college next year. So if I'm doing it wrong I need to know

Also, On Siggys, when every batter made contact, it was as if you couldp draw a striaght line from thier foot to their head, and it would run along the body (from the side)
