Actual rule changes for the 2007 season for OBR...nothing too crazy, but you can use a multicolored glove now!!!! (like I care)

Actually they made changes last year but unless you downloaded the rulebook or bought a Sporting News version last year you wouldn't know. If you used the version used by Pony they didn't hold tyhe presses for the additions.
Basically the changes have been used for a number of years but were "interps" in the MLBUM not in the rulebook.
Still it is interesting information.
