Everything is in forward motion at the Bud. It is so great to see sooooo many games being played on the field.

Kyle Hald has the start tonight....good luck!
Verlander is having an awesome season!

Dan Hudson played the stud last night...great job! Congrats to his mom for raising such a stud!

Coach Finwood gets his first committment from a local Great Bridge kid with family ties to ODU. Brian Beard's father played at ODU from 1979-82.

ODU has also announced a College Prep Showcase on August 27th and another on August 28th. You can find the info on their website. A great opportunity to be seen at the Bud in front of the new coaching staff.

More renovations are planned for the very near future!!!! Great to have an AD that really is investing in the future of baseball at ODU!

Coach Finwood has a few great ideas. The bullpen area and the batting cages will be having immediate changes. There are going to be upgrades to the Rally Alley, which is very important to some.

The best part is that there will be electrical outlets put behind home plate for my electric blanket in the beginning of the season.

I can't wait to watch him conduct this College Prep Showcase in August. It will be a perfect setting to watch him interact with the young men and see what he is all about. Grasscutter, you bring the drinks and I'll bring the snacks and we can critique his coaching skills!!!
