A 13 year old boy has not hit a major growth spurt yet, the weight will come on as you mature. I wouldn't worry about it just yet. Eat what you like, try to learn healthy eating habits, stay active and when you are a bit older and start serious conditioning and playing serious bb, then you can worry about it.

Eats your three meals a day, and then include two to three healthy snacks


Ideas for snacks: Smoothie: with milk or juice as a base, banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

Nuts, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, deviled or hard boiled eggs, granola bars, yogurt

Eat the fruits and veggies your mom serves and drink 3-4 full glasses of milk a day.
