So my son was picked to pitch their school's first freshman baseball game of the season yesterday. I guess you can say he made an impression. He threw his first no-hitter (10k's...I think), and went 2/3 with a single, double and a rbi for in a 1-0 victory. The team has some excellent ball players, and has 3 pitchers who have some people excited about the future of the highschool program. My son has worked extremely hard to earn what he did yesterday (along with some good defense of course) and has a few proud supporters behind him. Sorry to gloat a bit, but watching and coaching him through the years, and seeing the amount of work he has put in, is such a great feeling.
