Hello guys.

Would like suggestions on offseason programs from june/july until our season starts in january.

Main conflict in EVERYONE of my guys play football and have started summer weight training.
I feel like they get plenty of conditioning/weights, but when to throw? Is there a shorter version of long toss we could start in August 2 or 3 times a week AFTER football practice?
Just alot going on. Thanks for any feedback. Really looking to improve on a few arms.
