Sorry I'm kind of new here, this is my first post and I don't know if I'm posting this in the right section. Anyways, are there any good offseason workout programs online maybe from college or professional programs? Mainly just lifting and strength training stuff like that. What are the best lifts to do for high school position players? If anybody could link me to a good program or anything of that nature that would be great! Thanks!
