I love the timing ... guy is hurt so badly that it apparently took an attorney almost a year ... after the accident ... to convince him to sue. (Isn't the statute of limitations on personal injury 1 year in most states?)

I just don't get it at all ...

Somewhat like a person that buys a home bordering a golf gourse(backyard touches the fairway) and puts up a "no tresspassing" sign. Then sues the Club for damages when a golf
ball goes through the window.

We need more lawyers so that these people will never have to be responsible for any actions
of their own.
