Old series about the inner workings of the Indians

For those of you who don't know, I'm a bit of a geek when it comes to baseball. I love all facets of the game, scouting, player evaluation and development, statistical analysis, mechanics, etc., I just thoroughly enjoy learning about the game from all angles. I stumbled across this story after following a link from a blog on Baseball Prospectus (I hope I'm allowed to mention other sites on here, but I'm not sure) and I have found this series of articles fascinating. I thought some of you who may not have seen this would be interested. The articles are from 2003 and 2005, but I still enjoyed them and hope you will too.

I can't speak for the management, but I appreciate all links to baseball info, free or subscriber-wise; including those competing with HSBBW (are there really any?) or not.
