On Base Percentage Formula Change

I was just looking at the NFHS 2006 Rules Book and noticed a change from 3 years ago.

9-3-1-d used to say OBP was computed using SACRIFICES rather than only sacrifice FLIES the way OBR does.

I see the words sacrifice flies have a gray background to them the way other changes in the book do, but this change isn’t listed with the other changes.

In case there’s someone like me who’s been away for a couple years out there computing OBP and using the old rules, they ought to change.
