Waldrop (Vandy) - Farragut

Congrats to all who got their games in yesterday in spite of the rain. Looks like Bearden is making a move to rejoing the District 4 "Elite". Farragut picks up where they left off last year. South Doyle wins as well. A .500 record in the district will be an accomplishment.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we can get our game in tonight.

RHP Travis Mathews of Cordova HS pitched a complete game two hit shut out, as the Cordova Wolves beat the Briarcrest Saints 11-0 on opening day.
