Does anybody have any experience with or have an opinion on Ammo Loaded Training Bats? It looks like a good concept for increasing swing strength and bat speed, but for $300 I want to make sure it would actually work and is not just a scam. Thanks for the help guys.

I don't think the concept that their "design" will make a hitter keep his hands tight....practicing will do that....seems like you can achieve the same results as advertised by a little effort and a lot less money
I remember that one of my first aluminum bats in the late seventies was full of bb's that flew to the end of the barrel on the swing.
