Hi im new here but Ive been a lurker for a while now and some of you seem to really know a lot so i figured some one here could help me.

Ive been reading up on over/underloaded training for a few days now and want to try it out. However I cant really find out exactly how to do it. Some people say use a a broom stick, weighted bat and game bat. Other say use bats that are only about 3 to 5 oz heavier/lighter than your game bat as anything more or less will mess your swing up.

I searched over/underload training on here and found a post where some one said that you should use a bat about 5oz heavier than your game and one about 5 oz lighter than your game. For the drill you start with the heavy bat take 35 cuts then 35 with the light bat and finally 35 with your game every other day. Is this correct? My game bat is a sam bat kb1 34". So i figured i use my old metal bat that 33" 30 for the light but im lost as to what to use for the heavy bat.
