For me he turned into the baseball version of Mike Ditka. At first he was a breath of fresh air with passion knowledge for winning (and clever one liners during press conferences). But over time it turned into a show all about him (his kid not getting drafted, twitter, etc). Got a bit too caught up in being Ozzie and it seemed a little resentful that he wasn't the unofficial asst GM as well.
I won't miss listening to a coach I can't understand either. Time to move on.
