I hurt my lower back doing a leg workout a few weeks ago. Pain is still there. It doesn't feel like bone or muscle. The pain is in my lower back just very close to my spine (right side). I was thinking maybe a pinched nerve?

Any advice is much appreciated. Should I stop lifting or lift through it? Ice or heat? I'm pitching this summer should I take a rest or what? I'm playing in college this year and I'm worried that stopping it altogether will hurt me going into college.

Again, ANY advice is much appreciated.
