pain above the collar bone

feeling a bit of pain directly above my collar bone. it is on my right side i throw right handed. i am not sure if i slept on it wrong or did something to hurt it, but could it be from throwing? has anyone had this before? thanks

Cant picture what you are saying - doesnt sound too bad but at least talk to a trainer or therapist.
