Hoping someone can help me here. Does anyone know of any baseball workout facilities in the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton area of PA...or the western counties of NJ (i.e. Hunterdon, Somerset)? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Not in PA, but I know several in Hunterdon and Somerset Counties in NJ. Jack Cust Baseball and Grand Slam both in Flemington. Also Zoned, Inc. in Bridgewater. My son works out in all for different things if you need to know more, let me know.
Thanks for the info. I have friends who live in Easton, PA and have been having a heck of a time finding any type of baseball facility for their son to work out in. I have forwarded the info to them.
luvbb More info your family might be interested in: My son starts playing INDOOR at the Cust Baseball Academy in Flemington. They just put a bubble over the field there and it is unbelievable to see (something like this in NJ) Just one game a week in the league, because most of the time is spent on skills and conditioning of course. But it is pretty cool to see some live pitching this time of year. Hope they found a place to work out from the information I gave you. bbmama
If you want to head down Rt309, there is a facility in Lansdale/North Wales. It is run by Joe Calfapietra, former manager of the Allentown Ambassadors and current manager of the New Jersey Jackals in the Northern league. I give lessons there along with a lot of other quality, high level instructors. Call 610-476-9044.
I have heard about the All American Baseball Academy....actually, I am from Willow Grove originally, went to high school at Upper Moreland. Thanks for all this info, I'm forwarding it to my friend who relocated from Cleveland to the Easton, PA area. She has a 15 year old high school sophomore in desperate need of a workout facility.
Hey Rcktarm, I just had practice at the Academy today! Where do you live? I'm playing for the Bergen County clippers on the weekends in the spring, and I take lessons at the Academy every other week. maybe I'll catch you there!
