Eraned run question.
2 outs runners on 1st and 2nd. Passed ball advances runners to 2nd and 3rd. Batter gets a hit and both runners score. Next batter K. Is this two earned runs or one? I would think one since if not for the catcher missing the ball, the second runner would not have scored.

I would count one earned run if it is a passed ball. Wild pitch, both would be earned.
Is this situational? For example, what if the lead runner was slow and would not likely have scored from second on a base hit. Could this be judged as no earned runs?
OBR Rule 10.18 has the definition that "determining earned runs, the inning should be reconstructed without errors, CI, and passed balls and the benefit of the doubt should be given to the pitcher for which bases would have been reached for errorless play."
10.18
(d) No run shall be earned when the runner's advance is aided by an error, a passed ball, or defensive interference or obstruction, if the scorer judges that the run would not have scored without the aid of such misplay
So, by rule - if the scorekeeper doesn't think the second runner would have scored - it's unearned. The "if" of course depends on the hit that followed I guess.
