Did anyone go to the PA state games this past weekend? I’m wondering how they handled spectators, social distancing, and other COVID related stuff.

We were there today. Masks were recommended, though very few people wore them after checking in. People did sit apart from each other, so the spectators at the field we were at seemed appropriately spaced. The showcase drills had great spacing for the 60, infield, outfield, etc. Kids obviously couldn't distance much in the dugout, but I didn't see high fives or other contact between the players. Overall, my son felt good about it.
Thanks! Do you know anything about the supposed three-spectator-per player limit? Both of my parents want to go, but we aren't sure they'd both be allowed in. It's a long way for them to travel not to be able to enter.
They didn't check. I saw a family of 6 sitting away from everyone else, so I don't think it would be an issue for your parents to come. We played at the Showers Field, it's a beautiful complex with more than enough space to accommodate parents with social distancing.
Seems like they think it's all over and not treating it seriously at all. That's a shame.
Dubois PA is "Green", so for the people that think that means COVID is over, you might be right. For those of us that wore masks, stayed distant, and managed ourselves appropriately, I thought it worked out fine. If you don't think they should be doing this at all, then no amount of responsibility would make you feel comfortable.

Guess we'll find out in a few weeks. Hope everyone stays healthy.
