Perfect Game Schedule

We have been invited and signed up for the Perfect Game Showcase in Brenham Tx Aug 11/12th. Anyone with experience who can tell me what the schedule is like on the second day, especially how long it will/could go...trying to plan hotel and traveling/days off etc. Thanks
