Sorry if this has been gone over before but any ideas when the "Perfect Game" movie will be released? Was supposed to be last August.

Unfortunately, we don't know when the movie will be released. We have been told sometime in 2009, now. However, we were told 2008 early last year.
Speaking of "Perfect Game - The Movie", have any of you read the new book "Perfect Game USA and the Future of Baseball"?

The book was just published in December, and the author sent me a copy. What an interesting story! Unfortunately, I read one chapter before my son stole the book. He brought it back about 2 weeks ago, and then my husband took it! Now I just got it back and hope to finish reading it in the next week, and write a review.
I can tell you that you are all famous!
The HS Baseball Web is mentioned several times in the book, and some of our members are mentioned and quoted also.
Haha, I stopped typing this post for a while, because after finally getting the book back today, I got sidetracked reading it just now. I promise to provide a more thorough report when I'm done!

Just watched "The Perfect Game" on Netflix. Good family baseball fun. Based on a true story, and I especially loved the old baseball clips and still pictures of the time.
