I was wondering about some of those left off completely and those that are up pretty high. It's really killing my afternoon going through it team by team! I should go make dinner lol.

Cal lists only four commitments. Only commitments listed on PG get counted, which of course makes sense because only PG individual rankings are used to rank the teams. For what its worth, Cal has 20 points for its four commitments so they are not too far off the list...
Yes, I saw that. Cal gets a lot of local kids who consider it their dream school and who are sometimes under the PG radar, but still, usually a larger group is listed.
Cal lost a ton of talent to the draft last year so some kids are going to have to step up.
