i was wondering how people get into the showcase that havent gone to other pg events or arent nationally recognized prospects. If anybody has any experience, it would be very appreciated.
i have the impression that when i do that i will be redirected to the website where they have an invitation section. Is that the case? and if that is the case, i could use some help on what to put on the invitation, particularly in the "sell yourself section" to help my cause
Well heres somthing you can put on the "Sell Yourself Section": The Truth. Just tell them everything that you have accomplished over your career. I am in the workings of creating my first "Sell Yourself Section" too so if you want to, PM me and we can look over each of ours before being sent.
i wouldnt think of lying on anything because 1) its wrong and 2) it sounds like the best way to screw yourself when they call a contact and they hear from your coach or somebody that you are not really 6-4 210 lbs and throw 91 and that sounds great about looking over eachothers, i could really use some hands on work with mine
i was thinking that maybe PGStaff would have some insight on the topic. Texan- what is your experience with Perfect game and how are you so sure that we can get an invitation. I am not trying to be rude, i apologize if it comes across that way, i just dont want your post to inflate me with overconfidence. also, once you get an invitation and send it back in, does that mean you will have a spot? (unless of course you are too late and all the spots are filled up) or is there another narrowing down process?
s2fmf, While I realize that you came here posing a question and looking for information, you have been given good advice. Go to the website and fill out the necessary info needed, honestly. In trying to get noticed, there has to be, at some point, some personal responsibility taken.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
Note: if you proceed, you will no longer be following .
