Anybody going to the Ohio Valley PG event this weekend..in lexington, KY ?
Is this your 1st event ? How many showcase events have you been to.. ?
Will there be college scouts there?
Other than playing PG Tour. in Atlanta ,GA this past summer this is my son's 1st big show case event.

son went last yr-same as u it was first big event after attending first PG tourn in GA.
He did well. His a OF velocity has gone up a lot since last yr, but unless we go to another PG showcase his number stays the same. P velocity can be updated if they attend PG tourn and pitch and do better, but they only list OF, IF velocities, and 60 times from showcases.

I did notice SS with highest numbers last yr played the system and did not throw for accuracy to first, just velocity. First two, which were very fast went into the stands. We wondered what he was doing since we knew he was good player locally, and someone said it's all about numbers . They can show how well they hit and throw during games.

Thanks, he is looking forward to this event. my son plays 3rd & MIF. 60 time is good but not crazy fast maybe 7.1 or 6.9 depends on shoes he is wearing that day..ha ha
we are both looking forward to this event to see where his numbers are on a more national scale event like this.
