The rule directly from the PG site is no seniors in the underclass, and in the world championships it is for high school enrolled players only.

 

PG doesn't specify ages for these events, just the above.

 

I don't see that a reputable team would knowingly break those rules. Very hard to get away with, and surely the result of getting caught would not be enjoyable.  I don't doubt PG would swing the banhammer down on cheaters.

tell them your exact situation.

 

Some of our tournaments are 18u or that class year (either/or). So technically a college player could be eligible. There are players in some collegiate leagues that are just out of HS.

 

The one thing I would check on first, is if there are any NCAA or college rules that disallow playing in those type events.  I don't think there are any, but I really don't know for sure.
