Steve Phillips commenting on the Mitchell Investigation and the information being revealed by the Mets clubhouse attendant. He indicated that he was unaware and would be suprised. Maybe that explains why he was a horrible GM. Phillips indicated that the names should not be released without coaborating evidence. Should keep him from looking bad if all the players in his clubhouse are not implicated by one of his former employees. A slight conflict of interest in his reporting on this matter.
