Picks and Balks

I don't know who has the record for pickoffs, or if they even keep such records but I'll bet Mr. Sam Bonifant from Hopkinton High would make a run at it. He almost picked me off the other day and I was just sitting in the stands.

I have coached and coached against Bonifant, his move is unreal and to opposing coaches just about the most frustrating thing that can happen to your team. I remember playing a team from Mass with Sammy on the hill he must have picked off 7 runners their coach was besides himself, instructed his players to not even take a lead until he threw the ball. Bonifant will develop into one of the States top arms over the next three years, should be alot of fun to see.
