I really like Pignatiello. He has earned a spot with his performance down the stretch last year as well as his pitching this spring. I do also like Sean Marshall but he has been a starter for the majority of his professional career while Carmen has predominately been a reliever. It would be a better move to put Marshall at AAA and stretch him out so he is ready for when Dempster struggles as a starter and goes back to the pen.
