Nope...the manager from the Rockies should be.
Lou did it with players that Dusty could only think about.
He won with only 2 games to go...If he gets the team to the World Series, I think he'll be the MOY. If not, its the guy from the Rockies for me.

Any manager who can lead a team from first place to last place in one season WILL be and SHOULD be Manager of the Year. Granted, there were some new players, but he also didnt have Prior and Wood (as a real contributor)
Plus he found room and places for DeRosa, Theriot, Fontenot and others.

I would think that he would be one of the worst managers of the year
